The Navigation satellite is used in making Rocket science packs. When launched in a rocket, it gives 100 Satellite telemetry and discovers a new object in the star system it's launched from. After launching a satellite, the Navigation Satellite Uplink becomes available, and after two satellites, the Universe Explorer and Star Map become available
